A Morphrog starts as a fresh onchain blob. Time moves it forward one stage every 3 hours, adding surrounding forms and shifting color systems until the piece reaches its overgrown state after 24 hours.

Can I see what my NFT will look like before minting?
No. The genesis blob is generated at mint by the smart contract depending on your wallet address.
What is stored on-chain?
The metadata and SVG artwork are generated by Solidity. The NFT image does not depend on IPFS-hosted artwork.
How does evolution work?
Artwork evolves by token age. Every 3 hours unlocks one stage, and stage 8 arrives after 24 hours.
What stays fixed?
Each token starts with a genesis seed. Before the overgrown stage, the core green blob identity remains anchored.
Can I mutate the artwork?
Yes. Once a Morphrog reaches overgrown form, owners can pay the utility fee to mutate the final artwork again or name the NFT from the owner page.
